We are in one of the sunniest places of the hill of Pian di Mommio, just above the beaches of Viareggio in Versilia.
A few steps from the village Pian di Mommio where you can reach by foot all the shops, supermarkets and pizzerias.
The beaches are about 4 km away. This means that it takes less than 5 minutes by car.

Lucca is about 20 km away - 20 minutes by car.
Pisa airport is 28 km away - 20 minutes by car.
Camaiore, a lovely town to visit, is located less than 10 minutes by car, as well as the beautiful towns of Pietrasanta and Viareggio.
